At this point it’s like a dentist’s visit that just goes on for hours and hours.  I get the strangest sense of deja vu here, because this is basically what happened with Teshima and Manami on the first day.  The only difference, really, is Ashikiba is now Teshima’s foil and they tell each other how amazing they are every few seconds.  I would kill for a Midousuji intervention right now – his hard-edged insanity would be a huge breath of fresh air in what’s become an incredibly stuffy room.

It has to end next week, surely.  Surely?  If it doesn’t I suspect I’ll hold off on covering that episode and any subsequent ones until it does.  There’s just not much point in it.
