  1. Having read the manga, I can say I find it very charming if you tolerate the occasional fanservice.

The anime managed to replicate that charm quite well in the first episode. I’m looking forward to more- let the cosplay shenanigans begin!

Question: I’m not familiar with Suguta Hina’s work. What’s ironic about her being cast as Marin?

  2. Hina. Wakana loves Hina dolls.

I’ve only watched 2 of Cloverworks’s shows, but I can definitely see this and Akebi were the priorities. This looked very good, and Akebi was pure eyegasm. I’ll stay clear of Tokyo 24-bu. Maybe if you don’t look at it, it won’t exist….

Stylistically, this show is looking good.
Also, both the OP and ED are poppy but stylish compared to most. The show’s whole presentation was stylish, actually.

  5. I don’t think it deserves an anime adaptation. It has turned into a cosplay tutorial rather than a rom-com manga.

I don’t pick up shows about high schoolers these days, but I went in…disappointed. I know I’m skeptical to start off with, but the fan service threw me off. It’s not the worst, I admit, but still… For now, I will read your posts instead.
