Not a whole lot to say here, as our first GC in two weeks is a one-hour recap of the first cour with no new footage.  As some raw watchers have pointed out, it might say something about the writing here that a one-hour special was probably a better telling of those events than four-plus hours of anime episodes were.  I still think Guilty Crown has a chance to amount to something, because there’s enough interesting material in the premise to drive a solid second cour, if the writers learn from their mistakes and focus on the more appealing retro sci-fi aspects.
